By booking or purchasing an astrology session (including readings, consultations, reports, and any related content), you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of the services provided and form a binding contract between you and the service provider.

Astrology readings and content are provided for informational, personal insight, and entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice and should never be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a licensed professional. No outcomes, results, promises, or guarantees—express or implied—are made regarding the accuracy, reliability, interpretation, clarity of answers, or any subsequent effects from a session.

All astrology sessions and related products or services are non-refundable once a session has been booked or delivered, except as outlined in the cancellation policy below. This is due to the personalized nature and time required to prepare each session.

You may cancel or reschedule a booked session if notice is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund or credit. If you do not attend your scheduled session (“no-show”), the session is considered delivered and no refund or reschedule credit will be provided.

All birth data, personal information, session recordings, charts, and any information you share during a session are treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit written consent, except as required by law. Confidential information remains the property of the client.

You acknowledge that:
You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and interpretations resulting from the service.
No session can guarantee specific answers, psychological outcomes, healing, or satisfaction. You understand that astrology sessions are not a substitute for professional psychological or medical care.

Personal data collected for the purpose of providing astrology services will be used only for session preparation and delivery, and stored in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service provider and its agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related in any way to your use of the services or reliance on session content.

These Terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services following posted changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms
